Players who require housing will stay at one of these two beautiful apartment complexes. They are side-by-side and are located just 4.5 miles and 9 minutes from Shipyard Park. The apartments are part of Point Hope Commons, a vibrant new community. The Commons includes a Publix Supermarket and several restaurants, including Jersey Mike’s, Famulari’s Italian Restaurant, Coach’s Canteen, Coastal Skillet, and others. It has a Refuel Station and Market, and is home to the Roper St. Francis medical facility. The players will be supervised by a Housing Coordinator, who will live on-site, inspect the apartments regularly, and monitor the players activities. The players will be held to a strict behavior standard based on a signed contract they will have with Kingsmen Baseball.
