Lincoln Lawing – Chaplain

Lincoln grew up in Lake Waccamaw, N.C. and left when he was 18 to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). In 2009, he felt a call to full-time ministry and was licensed/ordained as a minister in 2013.

He currently serves as President/Founder of Asaph Talks, Inc. and Executive Director of His Show, Inc. After a decade in sports ministry with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Lincoln launched these non-profit organizations to help athletes and their families deal with struggles, setbacks and other issues, while pointing them to faith in Jesus Christ. Since then he’s used opportunities to share the lessons he’s learned through adversity to help others reach their full potential. He has served as the Kingsmen Chaplain for the past 4 years. He now lives in the Charlotte, NC area and is proud to be a born again son of Jesus, a husband to Rachel, and a daddy to Reagan and Ryleigh.

Griffin Leonard – Director of Broadcasting & Media Relations

Griffin was born in San Jose, California. He attended high school in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

He attended Ball State University in Indiana, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Media, with a focus in Sports Media and Broadcasting. While in the Hoosier State, Griffin got experience as a play-by-play broadcaster announcing high school and collegiate games on the radio and on television. That included covering five NCAA Division I sports on ESPN+. He was the recipient of the 2025 IASB Collegiate Award for Best Vodcast for coverage of Ball State Basketball.

He has worked with numerous teams and organizations, including the Colorado Rockies, the Indiana Pacers, and the Normal CornBelters of the Prospect League, in various roles in front of and behind the camera.

Griffin has been with the Kingsmen since the summer of 2025, beginning as an intern with the Kingsmen Baseball Summer College Team. In his current position, he manages all elements of the live production of Kingsmen Baseball events, in addition to other roles including but not limited to: Club Statistics & Analysis, Website Management, and Social Media Content/Production.
